making scuppernong grape wine I racked the wine into a second carboy and it appears to be stopped working....before racking it was working well bubbling every second or two and afterwords no trace of working after five hours of racking...should I be concerned pleqade advise as to the possibilities of what to do IF anything

I wouldn't worry too much. Just check the gravity and see if it's down to the level that you want or that is specified in the recipe. If the gravity reading isn't down far enough, then you might have some problems. Did you add anything to the wine when you racked it or did you just transfer it to another carboy?
