I bought a couple of older cans of Morgan's Master Wheat Malt off a guy near where I live that is getting out of the supply business. It says Base Extract and that it is hopped to 15 bitterness units. The instructions on the back this can is a base for mixing with Master Blend specialty malts. So is this saying its really good to go as is, but mix boil in some hops and malts and that makes it complete? Any suggestions helpful....thanks
