I just wanted to thank wyowino for all the help he has given me, both public on the forum, and through private messages. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows his stuff! THANKS WYOWINO!

One of these days I'll show up in Powell to find you and shake your hand personally.... :lol:

I agree,
Wyo unselfishly answered all my questions and between him and the Jack keller sight I have never had a fermentation fail, nor had to throw anything out.

I am still learning about beer. Just got my 3rd batch bottled. First 2 turned out pretty good. Got some good info from curlyfat.
