Stout recipe conversion help

I got this recipe for a stout. It is a all grain recipe for 11gallons and I want to cut it down to a 5gallon partial grain. Any suggestions on how much to cut the grains. here it is:

Five gallons is 45% of 11 gallons.

Multiply all your grain values 45% should give you that amount of grain required to brew a five gallon batch.
