Sanitizing wine with One-step sanitizer?
I am ready to start my first wine kit "Selection Original Johannisberg Riesling" and the kist instructions say to use metabisulphite to sanitize. Is there going to be a problem using the One-Step sanitizer that I have been using for my beer equipment?

oxy clean
One step is basicaly oxyclean that is food grade. O2 is bad for wine. It is safe to use but I much prefer to use sodium metabisulphate for cleaning my wine stuff and reserve the one step for beer.

The advice is much appreciated. Have you ever made wine from one of these kits?

wine kits
I have made many kits, I like the wine expert / brewking kits the best. They require more ageing but is worth the wait. I think they are superior to the buckets of "fresh juice" that comes out in september. I have made other brands that taste too much like the concentrate it starts from. The cans of "wine base" are horrible!

I use B-Bright to clean all my equipment and initial bottle cleaning. (It's great for taking off labels-let the outside sit in it over night not the inside.) Just before bottling I use C-Bright just on the bottles, Doesn't really need rinsing but I do it anyway.
I will drink no wine before, What time is it!!!
