Sander (Now on my 3rd batch)
Hi All! I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm very new to brewing, having just made my third batch. I live near Stein Fillers, a brewing supply place in Long Beach, CA. I took my first class there, and that's where I get most of my supplies and advice.
My first batch was a Porter which was quite tasty, if a bit over-conditioned.
My 2nd batch was a Weizenbock, also taste, but sadly under-conditioned.
I'm currently on a partial mash Kolsch. (See my post in the General Brewing forum.)
I tend to give most of my beer away, which is probably a good thing!
