One thing I miss about CA beach cities was in many bars on certain days of the week you could go in and buy a plate full of clams and a pitcher of beer. Oh man! Probably not that cheap anymore. We used to pay 25 cents each for the clams back in the 70s and 80s. Melted butter was free. I spent over 40 years in So CA. Good sea food is hard to get in the wild west of NW WYO.
