Oatmeal Stout (just likes grandmas cookies)
I just brewed an oatmeal stout last weekend. I am going to rack it over into the secondary tomorrow and maybe sneak a taste. Here is the all grain recipe I used:
Ingredients
-----------------------------------------------------------
8 lbs. - 2 Row UK Pale Malt
1 lb. - Flaked Oats
1/2 lb. - Crystal Malt (60L)
1/2 lb. - Chocolate Malt
1/4 lb. - Roasted Barley
2 oz - East Kent Goldings Hops
1800ml - White Labs Irish Ale Yeast (WLP004)
Mash
-----------------------------------------------------------
Mash at 151F for 60 minutes
Sparge with your preferred method
Boil Schedule
-----------------------------------------------------------
90 Minute Boil
2 oz East Kent Golding Hops (90 min)
1 tsp Irish Moss (15 min)
Cool wort to 68F and pitch yeast

Great timing, I am going to bottle it today. I tasted it when I racked it over and it had an amazing body. I am expecting this to be a great batch. In the mean time, here is my current setup:
