New 100% electric beer Test pilot brewing machine
We have just introduced a new patent pending brewing technology that's great for a small microbrewery or test pilot system. Check it out let me know what you think. www.electrobrewer.com

Good luck.
On Tap - Oak Aged Bourbon Porter, Barleywine, and Chipotle Smoked Porter
Primary - Mead
The problem with the world is that everyone is a few drinks behind.

Here's my opinion, since you asked.
IMHO, your biggest competitor is the Sabco Brew Magic. If I were going to buy a test pilot brewery today, I would have to go with the Brew Magic. I'm sure your machine is nice, but it looks less than stellar. Normally, I would say that looks are not that important, but when buying an expensive brewing contraption that I've never used before, looks do tend to mean a lot. The Brew Magic looks like a piece of professionally build equipment. The Electrobrewer, with it's exposed wires and wonky plumbing, looks like something that I might've built. Don't get me wrong, I would be very proud to have built something like the Electrobrewer. I just wouldn't spend nine grand buying it.
The biggest selling points for the Electrobrewer are that it doesn't scorch wort, and has a larger (25 gallon) capacity. A well-built RIMS like the Brew Magic won't scorch wort either. As for the 25 gallon capacity, I'm not really sure if there's any advantage to it. All of the bars around South Louisiana use 15 1/2 gallon sanke kegs. If I were to go semi-pro with a system, I don't see any advantage in brewing 25 gallons over 15 1/2 gallons. I guess maybe I could brew less batches per day? That'd be about it.
And to top it off, the Brew Magic is about 3500 dollars less than your system.
So, the big question is...what do YOU think? What makes your system better than the Brew Magic?
Cheers,
Dave
