On a lark, I decided to try Northern Brewer's all grain kits. I've never seen an all-grain kits before, so I thought I'd try it out. I ordered the Czech Pilsner kit. The nice thing about it, is that it shows you how much of what grains, and how much of which hops. That's awesome for a kit so that you can tweak the recipe to your liking if you want! And order the ingredients separately in the future (for less $$) if you really like it!

I'm brewing it this week, but was wondering if anyone else has tried these? They have a stellar selection that includes some not-so-subtle-hints at clones that look intriguing (Phat Tyre anyone?).

I'd love to hear if anyone else has tried an all-grain kit before.
