Hey I'm Joe F and I'm new to the site. I live in the Boston 'burbs and I've been brewing for about ten years now. Probably like a lot of you I started with a Mr. Beer kit I received as a gift while in college and I never looked back. I am really not all that involved in clubs or contests, but my kegs are usually full. I just finished building an electric AG set up in my basement which I'm pretty sure I won't kill myself with. I grow my own hops, too. My next project will probably be trying to build my own grain mill. I get almost as much enjoyment out of building brewing stuff as I do actually making beer.
