Hop Basket ?

Hop Basket ?
I made a hop stopper from a utube vidio, it is made with ss screen sewn together with ss wire. It seemed to work great the first time i used it, but after that it usually clogs and I have to rack off the top of my kettle. I was thinking of making a hop basket out of the same material and lowering into the wort throughout the boil adding my hops as scheduled. Has anyone tryed this, or have a better suggestion? I am concerned that I wont get full extraction from my hops.

Re: Hop Basket ?
The tea ball does seem like a good solution. I would say the DIY version that Sonia mentioned could work just as well. So I would say go for it since you alreasdy have the materials from making the hop stopper.

I use a muslin hop bag that you can buy from Mr. Beer. Check out their home page and see if that will help you.
