Hello all,

We're a couple of brothers looking to brew our own beer. We know absolutely nothing except of what we saw on wikipedia. Basically we want to know some initial recipes or hints or anything really about brewing. We'll probably start with something basic like a pilsner, then move up from there. I've read some things on here and am going to bet Scott is going to be the first response. But anywho, we'll post our questions in the regular forum for anyone to answer. Just for refernce we have no supplies at all, one of us is an engineer and the other is proficeint at manufacturing. Nobody is a chemist, but thanks to all for future input!
