Get Your Beer Of My Yeast - Not So Fast!

I came across a few interesting articles this morning and thought I'd share them here. It seems that home brew experts John Palmer and Jamil Zainasheff have recently reversed their earlier stance on secondary racking their beer to prevent dead yeast cells from introducing that burnt rubber taste associated with autolysis.

I summarized the highlights of what I read and posted it this morning. If you're interested in fermentation, secondary racking or autolysis you may want to read it too.
