i use 1 pkg knox unflavored gelatin whenever i want to clear 5 gal, i add the gelatin to a pyrex measuring cup half full of cold water and dissolve, then i bring it to a boil in the microwave and cool a little. pour it into the carboy and stir it around very gently and let it set for a day or two.

I advise to take several bottles of the same size and add different amount of the gelatin solution. When it's clarified you choose the best one and then calculate the used amount on the whole amount of the wine you need to clarify.
