Filtering.......
I recently purchased a funnel that has a mesh screen in it, I was just wondering if anybody has tried to use a coffee filter in a funnel to try and filter the wort and or beer more? Will it work?

I have read that it is way slow through a coffee filter.
I would have to second that. I had a kidney stone awhile back(drink lots of water) & lets just say during my attempts at trying to retrieve the stone i found out that "fluid" does not flow too fast through them.
I would guess it would take an hour for 5 gallons maybe.
