I believe pretty much anything off the grill goes great with beer.

I particularly like grilled kielbasa, bratwurst or cheeseburgers with a nice well crafted beer.

As far as snacks are concerned I am particularly fond of pretzels as an accompaniment to a fine beer.

+1 on the grilled foods. Also grilling as a favored activity with homebrew.
As far as snacks, cheese works for me.

Favorite meal? Well, I haven't found one yet that doesn't go well with beer! :P As for snacks, my recent favorite is edamame (Soy bean in the pod), boiled in very salty water. It sounds a little limp-wristed, I know, but it's a great non-filling snack to go with homebrew.

Haven't heard anyone else metion it yet. I like to sit out on the patio on a hot summer day and sprinkle salt in my beer as I drink it. The salt causes the beer to foam and sure goes good on a hot day.

Wait.... I thought a stout was a meal? So are you asking what we drink with our stouts?

My favorite meal is a tuff one, but I can answer snacks. tots or corn chips with salsa con queso.
