CRAZY DRAFT TOWERS!!

Postby jeepguy » Sun Nov 02, 2008 6:22 pm

So i came up with a couple ideas for draft towers to serve our brew at oktoberfest this year. I had to be able to dispense 4 beers & a hard lemonade at the same time. I had a couple ideas & decided to use them both.
The beer one is an ammo box with 4 faucets. The 55 gallon stainless drum holds 4 corny kegs.
The pumkin tower holds 1 corny keg & we served 5 gallons of hard lemonade my wife made.

Nice, I did something along the same lines for our Oktoberfest.
The garbage can on the lower left has a galvanized trash can inside and is lined with insulation between and bottom.
It holds 3 5 gallon cornys and a 5# CO2 with manifold.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to do something like you guys have done. Here in my neck of the woods folks would tar & feather me and then call the police. Sorry too say but the county next to where I live and do all my business is DRY only recently has the town about 5 miles away voted to allow package stores. Lucky for me I live in the country in an adjoining county that is wet and I have to pass a package store on my way home.

Might be something that I could do on my own property and get by with it. Certainly sounds like a fun thing to do.
