I was having the same problem. I'm going to the brew shop today to get what I need for my very next brew Sam Adams White ale clone. But I wanted to know what I was going to do next. My brother really wants me to try to clone the Red Seal Ale, so I'm going to be looking for suggestions after that one.
With all the choices out there sometimes I feel like a kid in a candy shop.

I just finished a porter and I am trying to decide between a wit or a hefe for my next. I think I am going to do a hefe because I need it in the keg in about 3 weeks.

No, the one I'm doing or was going to do was from Heavenlyfire. But when I went to the LHBS today, they said that this was a mini-mash and just steeping the grains wouldn't work. I wasn't ready to do that, so I ended up with
2lb Pilsner light DME
4lb Bavarian Wheat DME
1lb Crystal 10L (steep)
0.5lb Cara-pils Dextrine (steep)
Also substituted the hops with Vanguard. Everything else is the same. I'll be brewing this next weekend, wish me luck.
