Well the fermenting has slowed way down but I am going to wait until Saturday and then I will take a sample for testing. Also I will be throwing a bottle of Prehistoric Porter in the fridge tonight and sampling it tomorow. I really hope it turns out ok.

This is a great wit beer recipe. The only changes I might make on the next batch is to double the orange and add a little vanilla to it. I have brewed this twice and both times it came out great.
