Sure will! Getting a smaller hose should put an end to your problems.
Afraid not! Every time I change out a hose on my auto siphon, I end up having to cut the old tubing off. Any larger of a tubing, and I end up pulling air while I'm racking. A definite no-no!
Cheers,
Dave

auto siphin
I have both sizes of siphines 1/2 and 3/8. The 1/2 never fails but the 3/8 leaks where it connects to the hose, sometimes a clamp is feasible, but times when I ferment in things the siphine dosnt fit so I start in a bottle the siphin fits, when its going clamp my hose clamp and move hose to the bottle the siphine wont fit in. When it leaks this is pretty hard process.will a smaller tubing fit on it and come off easily?
